Trust Yourself!

This is really the best advice I ever received. You will love what I am going to explain to you.

In fact, if you do not trust yourself, you will always be suspicious. Not only for yourself. You will not trust anybody. To trust oneself, it not only a necessity, it is the basis of living a good life.

To trust oneself means to listen to your heart’s voice.

Your heart hosts the library of life. It knows everything that helps you live a good life. And that helps you move forward.

It is possible that you don’t listen to your heart. If you suffer from anxiety, you probably do not listen to it

In fact, your heart is the guardian of unconditional love and of all wisdom.  Love and anxiety cannot exists together because anxiety is the absence of trust. If you trusted your heart, you would not feel anxiety.

Your heart is also the guardian of the major part of your energy. Can you imagine that your mind has only 10′% of the energy whereas your heart has got the remaining 90%? This means that it is your advisory board, as you would say for a company’s decisions.

If you listen to your heart, your decisions are helpful for you. They will be helpful for the harmony of all of us, including the whole world.

If, on the other hand, you just take a decision with your mind without listening to your heart, the decision might be a mistake. Your heart is the subconscious mind that does not judge. That is why listen to your heart is so crucial. Your mind might take decisions that hurt somebody, first of all you , and secondly other people or even the world.

Actually, the human, taken as an energy being, consists of three parts.

First there is the physical body that helps us carry out our tasks.

You decided to come into this world to carry out what you considered to be your tasks. That can also be your passion.

Whatever you carry out with passion, you will do it with your whole power.

The second part is your mind. Your mind takes the decisions. It has got ten percent of the power. Use it wisely.

The best is if you rely on your third part,  that is the heart. The heart contains your soul, your inner god, your unconditional love.

You can trust your heart,  listen carefully to what it is telling you. It has no judgment- Therefore, if your decisions made by the sole mind, are not wise and will not carry you forward, the heart does not tell you not to make them as it is not judgmental.

To listen to your heart is a lifelong job. In our busy world, we sometimes forget that our mind is mostly success-oriented and we will do whatever it takes to achieve success. As such success is certainly valid. If it is a success that benefits everybody, it is even more valuable. Then it will take into consideration not only the mind’s decision but also the advice of the heart.

To trust your heart’s voice, means to trust yourself because YOU reside in your heart.

Peace of Mind – Peace for the World

Who suffers from anxiety would certainly be very happy to have peace of mind.
Does peace of mind help you get anxiety free? You bet it does! If your mind is completely at peace, there is no space for anxiety.
How can you reach this goal that seems to be so far away and is called  peace of mind? It usually takes little steps that bring peace of mind. In most cases it can be reached by training ourselves to watch for good things in life and to discard others that would only disturb your peace.

How can you discard negative facts from your life? Even if they are happening around you? You can watch these events as somebody who is outside, who is simply not touched by negativity. When you are outside of negativity, you live your life in a better way. you stand outside of what could affect your peace of mind just by observing the events and by knowing that they are not meant for you. It is not a question of ignoring these things, it is a question of not letting them touch you. One thing that you can do is  let the tip of  your index finger touch the tip of your thumb so that these two fingers form almost a circle. This simple move cuts any negativity out of your system. This latter remains untouched by outside energies. You can do this in any situation that might otherwise bother you. You will find yourself more energized and calmer. Peace of mind does not mean to not listen to your friend’s problems. First of all, these problems are not yours. So listen to them but do not get involved. They do not touch you if you do not allow them to do it. Even your problems can be watched from the outside, as if they were not yours. After all, problems arer simply challenges and are there to be solved. Life changes completely if you look at problems in this way, not as something that sucks, but something that is a challenges and is waiting for a solution. You will find the solution if your mind is at peace. And you will rejoy in life. Your energy affects the world and if your vibrations are those of joy and peace, the universe will return these vibrations and qualities to you.  May joy and peace be with you. Always, if  you allow it.

Then try to penetrate that flower and make it part of yourself.

You know that we are all part of the universe. You are a part of the universe as I am and as the flower is. We are all connected. Feel the flower as if it belonged to yourself. It is part of the immense energy field that is within us and around us.

See the colors of the flower, see every single leaf on its stem or if there are no such leaves, see the petals of the flower itself.

You will get aware that there are thousands of other thoughts which will be popping up. Be gentle with them. Just let them pass by and let your mind return to your flower. It is important to let go of thoughts. Don’t fight against them, acknowledge them and let them go by.

Then you make sure that your shoulders and your ears are in a same line. That is, your shoulder should not hang and drop to the floor. They can do this while you are completely relaxed . Then it is even beneficial. While you are walking, look forward and put a smile on your face. This is very helpful. A smile relaxes your whole body and at the same time you emit positive energy. Why should I meditate? Does it help with Anxiety?

Meditation has been used for thousands and thousands of years.

And it certainly has helped millions of people and it still does help many many people around the globe.

Meditation does not need any help: you can do it on your own whenever you want to. You don’t need any tools, nor equipment.

Meditation may help you to relax and feel better.

Learning how to be aware of the present moment in meditation will keep your mind sharp and help you focus better in other areas of life as well. For example, you may be able to react faster to road conditions, while you are driving or while you are walking in a dangerous environment. Your focus will be on the situation.

To start the meditation you sit in a comfortable position, either you sit in a chair or on the floor. You may also lie down, if you prefer.

You can close your eyes or you can look down, keeping your gaze a few inches in front of you on the floor.

As you sit, start to pay attention to your breathing. This is a good way to focus your attention on what is happening right now. Don’t try to change your breathing. Just notice how it feels in your lungs, in your throat and in your chest.

If your mind wanders, don’t worry and don’t feel bad about yourself.

Try to notice your thoughts, then let go of them and bring your focus back to the present moment and to your breathing.

While you meditate,  your whole body relaxes and so does your mind. Anxiety does not pop up while you are completely relaxed.

And should you get a feeling of anxiety, you just let go of the idea of anxiety. Your mind goes back to focus on the present situation.

It is, however, possible that anxiety presents itself, may be that you feel certain emotions, such as anger, impatience, sadness or happiness. Don’t try to hold on to or let go of these feelings. They are part of your experience of the present moment. Keeping your attention on your breathing will help you stay focused and not get lost in the thoughts that your feelings may trigger.

Don’t ever think that if your mind wanders during meditation, you are doing something wrong. No, that’s part of your experience Meditation is a practice . And part of that practice means being kind and patient with yourself. It also means returning your focus to the present moment. This process of returning your attention to the present moment can happen over and over again during a meditaiton session.

Are you ready to give meditation a try? Remember that it takes time to train your brain to focus on the present. So be patient and gentle with yourself. Bear in mind: focus on the present helps reduce stress and anxiety. And that’s exactly what you are aiming at, isn’t it?
