Our body can help itself in many ways. We do not need to get sick. Not everybody will agree on this statement. However, whether you agree or not, it is true.
In fact, our body presents 12 meridians that run through it and that fuel the various internal organs. On these meridians we find many points that represent a help for defending the body against illnesses. These points stimulate our immune system.
They are located in various areas of our body.
Let us start with the face: you can find two points just above the eyes and strictly below the inner end of the eyebrows.
These points are just above the bridge of the nose and help improve your overall health. They are a melting point of all meridians and therefore very important By helping all organs, they also improve your immune system. These are twin points, they always need to be activated together.
Then there are two points just beneath the eyes, in the center of the bones, one on each side. These are also twin points. Please activate both.
The points just above the bridge of the nose and these latter points can be tapped or massaged for periods of 5 seconds each. You can regulate the intensity by yourself. Let the points relax for 3 seconds before you start another 5 second period.
It depends on how you respond. If you feel pain, use less strength.
Your ears have several points and you massage all of them. You massage your ears from the top all way down to the lower end. Do this on both sides at the same time. You should massage the ears nine times. You can repeat this massage as many times as you like, in the course of the day.
Your hands also present a very helpful point. It is in the center of your palms. You massage this point for about 5 seconds at a time, release it and do it for another five seconds. You can do this for a total of 30 seconds. Obviously you can repeat this cycle as many times as you like in the course of the day. This point will especially strengthen your heart and blood circulation that are both important to help your body get a good defense.
Let us go down to your chest. There are two points just above your breasts,
one point on each side. Massage these points for 20 seconds. They probably will hurt. They always do. Everybody says so. Just massage them slightly.
Massage them at the same moment; this is another twin point
A part from improving your immune response, these points are also important for women. They protect you against breast problems.
There is another important point between the two breasts. This point is also sensitive. Massage it for 20 seconds at a time. This point is exactly at the level of the upper end of the breasts. It stimulates your immune system.
Let us go to the thighs. here you will find a special point. This is directly related to the spleen. It not only improves the response of your immune system but it is also indicated in case of anemia., when you have got too little blood or poor blood. You can find this special point on both thighs. They are not twin points, you can activate them separately.
Your feet can help you improve your defense thanks to the point called Bubbling Spring. This is found in the middle of the foot. You may massage it for 10 seconds, that is counting to 10. Then you release it and after a short interruption you can massage it again. Activate them separately, first on the left foot, afterwards on the right foot.
The last point is actually a long one. It is not only a spot, but it is the arch of your foot. Massage it from the big toe down to the end of the bone. Do it for 10 seconds. As you see, there are 10 points as I had promised. Some of them are twin points, that is they go directly together and you stimulate them at the same time. This is the case for the points located on your face and those located above your breast. It also applies to your ears. Al the others are individual points.
All the above points can be massaged for the time indicated above. Then you let go of the point for a few seconds and massage it again for the time indicated. You can repeat this for up to 5 minutes at a time. You can do these massages several times during the day. Massaging these points gives you the help you need to defend your body. You see, there are really ten points in your body that stimulate your defense. Some of them are twin points, other are individual points, as already explained.
The Bubbling Spring point can also help you, should you already have a flu. It helps you to shorten the time of recovery, not only from a flu but also from a cold. As you can see, your body is well equipped and ready to help you whenever you need it.
Start doing it now. There is no better time. Winter is coming and with it often also colds and flu, but you can beat them before they even show up.

What Vitamins are Good for Anxiety?

First of all, be aware that the most important vitamins your body needs when it is anxious, are those of the B-group.
They all have a strong impact on your psyche, on your mental state and on your nervous system.
Don’t forget that anxiety may be a normal reaction in stressful situations. It only becomes a problem if you feel it all day long. Then it is no longer a normal reaction but has become a habit. Your anxiety may become the fear of an anxiety attack. and so on and so forth.
Then it becomes an unwanted reaction and perpetuates itself. It has to come to an end. Otherwise you might harm yourself in your overall health.
In any case, anxiety is not a good companion. A part from a healthy way of living, you need to give your body the vitamins that it needs to protect you against the negative effects of your anxiety.
The best vitamins are those of the B-group and I am going to show you why:
Every single vitamin of this group plays a particular part in maintaining your nervous system in good health.
Vitamin B1: It is also called thiamine. This vitamin improves your mood. It is important in keeping the heart and the nervous system run normally.
A lack of this vitamin can cause irritability. Sometimes it also influences the energy level.
Vitamin B2 is also called riboflavin. It is required by the body to produce anti-stress hormones. It also helps to release energy stored in food. Furthermore, it is needed for the metabolism of proteins.
Vitamin B3. Another name for this vitamin is niacin. Its deficiency causes mental instability. Anxiety and stress can cause skin-related problems. This vitamin provides a protection against skin-problems and inflammation.
Vitamin B5. Again, this vitamin helps the body produce anti-stress hormones.
As anxiety is strongly related to stress, the lack of these vitamins could cause your anxiety to show up more often.
Vitamin B6 also know as pyridoxine has a role in keeping your nervous system functioning properly. If you are lacking of a sufficient coverage of B6, you might experience anxiety or even depression. Insomnia is also related to its lack as is irritability.

Vitamin B12 is playing a big role in providing the necessary brain chemicals that make you feel good. This vitamin is also essential for the production of red blood cells.
There exist two other types of vitamin B that are not yet taken into consideration and I therefore am not able to comment on.
You see, every single vitamin B is involved in the functioning of the nervous system which on its part is involved in the good mood or in irritability.
Most of these vitamins are available in their natural form. They can be found in the food. If you are a vegan, you have to take B12 as a supplement because this vitamin is mainly present in meat or in other animal proteins. There are many sources for the whole group of B vitamins. They go from germs, to peanuts, to pork and brown rice for the B1, to milk, yoghurt, avocados, beef liver for the B2, from chicken, potatoes, sunflower seeds for B3, from eggs, avocados, nuts, green vegetables for the B5, from bananas, fish, chicken, seeds in general and cabbage for the vitamin B6 to all animal proteins for the vitamin B12.
You can certainly cover your needs in vitamin B if you take into consideration the various food stuff available in your area. By eating the right food you can protect yourself against anxiety. If you already suffer from anxiety, you can lessen its frequency or intensity by eating the appropriate food.

What Does Your Throat Tell You?

Your throat is the crossway of communications. This does not only refer to your spoken language. Communication can happen on various levels and it does not only happen if other people are involved.
First of all, keep your throat warm. Especially in fall and winter because it is a very delicate organ. This shows when you feel the pain, caused by cold air. This can be avoided if you cover your throat with a warm scarf and opt for warm drinks instead of cold ones. If you observe these simple rules, you protect your throat. You are able to speak up if your throat is protected.
And you are able to sing.
This is one side of your throat or one of its tasks.
However, let us talk about communication. This can happen by the spoken word but also by thoughts. You may talk to yourself. What do you say to yourself? Are you assertive or do you judge yourself? Do you judge other people or do you always weigh your thoughts and words?
Whatever the kind of communication, it affects your throat. Your throat is an important energy point, a chakra. Your throat also “knows” everything about your past or present life persecution.
If you feel persecuted, it shows in your throat. It may show up as a lump. That does not mean that the lump is physically present, but it is a sensation that you may have. If this is the case, try to understand what has got stuck in your throat. Are there feelings of not being understood by others? Are there feelings of injustice suffered in the past?
In other words, the throat is your friend who helps you detect what disturbed you in the past or disturbs you at present.
If, on the other hand you continue to talk and talk and talk and nobody can stop you, there must be a problem about lies that you expressed or that you were told. Then you based something, some conviction or some mental pattern on these lies. Obviously, at that time you did not know that there were lies being told, unless you expressed them yourself.
Don’t worry, you can heal yourself. The throat is, as I said before, a crossway. Try to follow the various ways according to the indications I am giving you here.
There are many precious or semi-precious stones that can heal your throat condition, there are also sounds that can help you, or even just a color.
As far as the stones are concerned, they are here to energize and strengthen your throat, the fifth chakra. Each and every blue shade stone will help you clear your throat.
You may also wear a scarf with blue colors. The sounds that help your throat to heal are “so” or “ham”. You can chant them or say them (even if you did this in your mind).
To clear your throat, helps you also clear your mind. Isn’t this fantastic? Each organ is connected to the other organs. They can help each other.. And all organs and cells are connected to your mind. I think everybody can do something for themselves just by following simple steps. II wish you a healthy fall with yourhealthy throat.

Do you really know what you want? There are certainly many things in your life that are good and that are helpful. You might say that there are many things that are so true that they were impossible to change.
Are you sure? They may seem very true now. But the second part of your thought is not true: nothing is impossible. Life is a continuous change. In every instant something is changing. Many of these changes happen without we even knowing it. They might happen on a cellular level, or on a planetary level. Both changes could all the same influence us.

In short, nothing is impossible. Even if it looks like impossible to you. Try to list all good things in your life. All things that you want to keep as they are.
Then list all of the things you would rather like to disappear. Just list these things. Be sure to understand whether they contain something good or whether you do not like them at all.
And Know: what you focus on grows. So, if you have found the things you do not like, don’t focus your mind on them. Focus your mind on what you really want to keep and what serves you.
What is helpful to you ,can only grow if you accept it with love and focus on it with loving thoughts.
What you don’t like should not dwell in your thoughts. If it does, it will stay and grow. The law of attraction is always present and it is good to know it and to keep this in mind,.
You see, it is actually easy to get what you want and to release what you don’t want. It is just a matter of thinking.
Many people think that fall and winter would always bring a cold or a cough. And they get the cold because they attract it. You know that if you want to stay healthy you have to think healthy thoughts.
You don’t think of a cold or of a cough or of other “seasonal” diseases. These diseases became seasonal, because most people think of them as being part of the season.
Fall and winter do not have to be seasons of disease. You know what is good to eat, what is good to keep your body warm, what to do to keep your thoughts healthy. You will live a beautiful fall and winter season and grow healthier and healthier every day. You will also feel gratitude for this well-being. Keep up your gratitude for whatever comes along in life.
