Some Words About Your Solar Plexus

This point deep in behind your navel, is the most important energy center in your whole body. Keep it warm, give it love. How? To keep it warm is meant in the physical sense. If this energy point gets cold, it depletes your energy and that is never a good thing to happen. This means that you have to be careful on how you cover your body. Be sure to always cover the area of your navel.
According to energy medicine, this point holds your Self-Worth. If there is a lack of self worth, you can feel it in this point. You can also grow this self worth by harvesting energy that makes you feel better also physically. There are many ways to do this.
I just would like to point out the SpringForestQiGong exercises. By moving your hands up and down in a circular way in front of your body, you move the energy. Once you think you have moved it enough, women put their right hand inside and the left hand outside in front of the navel without touching the body. Men put the left hand inside and the right one outside. You will feel the warmth of the energy you’ve harvested and put behind the navel. This chakra stands also for your way of thinking smart, to be strong, to have a good appearance and to feel your finances in good order.
Like everything, also this chakra has a dark side which is called a demon. It stands for shame. Shame is a completely useless feeling. You do no good to yourself and you do not help anybody by feeling ashamed. So don’t get trapped into this feeling.
Like with all chakras, you can help its functions with the aid of a color, with certain stones and with sounds. Yellow stands for this help. Think yellow while moving the energy or just while you keep your hands in front of this chakra. The stones used are for example tiger’s eye, amber, yellow agate, yellow jade. You might find even others that help your chakra. The sounds “Me” or also “Ram” . You may chant them or simply say them. If you can chant them, it is even better because there will be a vibration just above the solar plexus in your diaphragm. These means all together can help you a lot to keep up the best energy, in other words just what you need to live a joyful life.

Do you remember the post I wrote about a “I was born a healer, you were born a healer too?  I would like to add some more words regarding this idea.  In fact, if everybody learned these simple exercises, the world would experience much less pain.
