Is Anxiety really a Burden?

The other day I received a comment on one of my blogs ” we all have anxiety, just go over it and live your life”
If this were true, we all would be happy and singing in the rain.
For many of you, anxiety is really a burden. It is true that it has not to be one, but that is another story. It is the story
on how you overcome anxiety. We all know that anxiety can be overcome. The way to get rid of this burden, can be easy for one person and difficult for the other. It depends on how you look at things.
If you are able to  change your ways of thinking and of looking at things, you are on the right track.
Anxiety is a burden as long as you consider it to be one.Try to look at your anxiety as if  were outside of you.
At the beginning it is not so easy, I admit, but you get better and better by repeating this exercise everyday.
It will seem strange to you that you are watching yourself, I can tell you that this exercise is very powerful. I have done it again and again. Even now, when I have doubts about myself, for x reasons, I do it and then I come clear.
I highly recommend that you give it a try. You will be surprised. You will be  grateful that you discovered a way
to look at yourself and to not judge yourself. This is the big secret: you just look at yourself, and no judgment is made.
